Riassunto:Economic competition has been an important factor in the development of markets in the world. In the last years, experts in this field had hardened their stance against collusive or anti-competitive practices. However, the appearance of SARS- Cov2 has questioned the antitrust policy priorities in the international context. This study analyses the diversity of positions from competition authorities and the redefinition of regulations and exceptions to the law as a result of the current pandemic.
