The MACS are free mechanisms, in which the parties voluntarily agree to start this process, it arises as a possibility of negotiation between the parties in conflict, attending to the parties and making them feel heard. The purpose of this document is to present alternative justice as a tool of the new justice system for conflict resolution, whose intention is that through dialogue an agreement is found between the interested parties through communication, cooperation, and will.
