Sumario:Alternative justice is an option for civil, family, commercial and, in non-serious criminal cases, problems that arise due to the need to expedite judicial processes and quickly resolve the conflict in question, accessing more equitable justice for all parties involved. The MACS are free mechanisms, in which the parties voluntarily agree to start this process, it arises as a possibility of negotiation between the parties in conflict, attending to the parties and making them feel heard. The purpose of this document is to present alternative justice as a tool of the new justice system for conflict resolution, whose intention is that through dialogue an agreement is found between the interested parties through communication, cooperation, and will.
