Shrnutí:Changes in temperature in the environment are one of the factors for which, at the international and national level, they set guidelines for creating and transforming mechanisms that allow maintaining a balance of natural resources, which is important to guarantee the human right to a healthy environment for their development and well-being, since it is considered that the increase in human activities has been the main element of climate change and, through the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), it is sought that States promote prosperity and at the same time protect the environment. In this case, the objective is to generate greater environmental awareness in companies and that competitiveness is not fought with the implementation of environmental regulations in their internal policies. The construction of knowledge related to the subject was carried out through the collection of information, international and national legal documents, printed and via the Internet. The opinions issued by international organizations and experts in the field were also taken into account. Subsequently, an analysis and interpretation was made for its doctrinal, legal and empirical explanation.
