要約:The objective of this work is to identify the actions that the Public State Universities (UPEs) can implement regarding responsibilities in order to strengthen the fight against corruption, within the framework of the General Law of Administrative Responsibilities (LGRA). For this, a qualitative analysis of the legal provisions on responsibilities applicable to the UPEs and a quantitative investigation were carried out through questionnaires related to the procedure of administrative responsibilities applied in the UPEs, during the year 2018 and the period from 1 January to May 20, 2019. Finding that the legislation on responsibilities does not violate university autonomy and that it is necessary to establish a concept in the regulations in order to identify the university public servant subject to the LGRA, for not all university workers are; The need was identified to establish attributions in the university legislation regarding responsibilities to the Internal Control Bodies and to strengthen their structure, so that they become a benchmark in the fight and prevention of corruption in Mexico.
