From the methodological point of view, it was a mixed research of qualitative and quantitative, it was developed through a transactional study. For the investigation, a previously validated survey and a semi-structured interview were used. The sample consisted of 119 professors belonging to the Technological Institute of Culiacan. The results showed that attitudinal factors such as compatibility, previous experience and relative advantage as well as work motivation and ease of use significantly influence the attitude of ITC teachers to incorporate ICT into the teaching process. 46.2% state that the capacities of the personnel are not optimal. Regarding technological capital, 37.8% of the surveyed sample said that the internet connectivity in the organization is inadequate; and 42.9%, said that the computer equipment assigned to perform their work is not in the best conditions. El presente documento expone los resultados de una investigación cuyo objetivo es evaluar un modelo que muestra el efecto que tienen los factores actitudinales, demográficos y contextuales en los docentes del Instituto Tecnológico de Culiacán para incorporar las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) en la enseñanza. Desde el punto de vista metodológico, se trató de una investigación mixta de corte cualitativo y cuantitativo, se desarrolló a través de un estudio transeccional. Para la investigación se utilizó una encuesta previamente validada y una entrevista semiestructurada. La muestra consistió en 119 profesores pertenecientes al Instituto Tecnológico de Culiacán. Los resultados mostraron que los factores actitudinales como la compatibilidad, la experiencia previa y la ventaja relativa además de la motivación del trabajo y la facilidad de uso influyen de manera significativa en la actitud de los docentes del ITC para incorporar las TIC al proceso de enseñanza. El 46.2% manifiestan que las capacidades del personal no son óptimas. En cuanto al capital tecnológico el 37.8% de la muestra encuestada dijo que la conectividad a internet en la organización es inadecuada; y el 42.9%, aseguró que el equipo de cómputo asignado para realizar su trabajo no está en las mejores condiciones.
