| Résumé: | This research aims to understand the skills and performance of graduates in Accounting Multidisciplinary Academic Unit degree in the Central Zone of the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí, considered to be one of the most important by teachers, graduates, employers and students of that major. It also seeks to determine how they relate to the skills and performances with the gender of the respondent. The results indicate that the things that are given greater importance are the values , while the corresponding minor social relations in other constructs the respondent’s opinions differ. With regard to gender and other dimensions evaluated were related only to knowledge and social relations and a statistically significant difference between attitudes and interest groups. |
