| Tóm tắt: | Wetlands are ecosystems of great importance to man for the environmental goods and services they provide. One cause of degradation of freshwater wetlands, locally called Popal is its use for cattle grazing and the introduction of forage species, especially exotic. This work was aimed at eradicating the coverage of invasive aquatic plant species and restore native species richness taking action as a court of single storey vegetation, flood, fire management, covers with a black rubber, timely application of herbicide systems on the foliage or inside the stems and timely use of shade netting. Data is presented for air cover of indicator species for changes in the restoration, both native and desirable species of concern, either invasive or native undesirable over three years of work. To date there are a few outbreaks of problem species and this has significantly increased the wealth of desirable native species, the latter being those that currently dominate the wetland. |
