| Shrnutí: | Into the context of the artisan sector of Tlaxcala´s MiPyMes lies the need to identify and prioritize customer needs, combined these entities are the economic livelihood of our country. This research aims the application of QFD in a case study to find innovative strategies to meet customer requirements for continuous improvement of the products and services it offers. The added value of the research lies in the application of tools and techniques of industrial engineering applied to entities that do not belong to big business. With the results obtained get CTQ’S to help detect assertive customer requirements. Including the importance of the customer in the product design process, and design effective processes for future compliance. |
