The results reflect a weak correlation between job satisfaction and the home office, although statistically significant. La presente investigación tuvo como propósito principal el analizar y determinar la correlación de la satisfacción laboral con el home office de los colaboradores de una empresa maquiladora en Durango, México, El diseño metodológico de la investigación es transversal descriptivo, no experimental con enfoque cuantitativo, aplicando el instrumento de Meliá y Peiró (1998) y Barreto Cruz (2021), validado a través de Alfa de Cronbach con .914.  Los resultados reflejan una correlación débil entre la satisfacción laboral con el home office, sin embargo, estadísticamente significativa.
