Zusammenfassung:Occupational Health and Safety Management Practices (OHSMP) have been a watershed in the prevention of occupational risks and illnesses, since by implementing them in the workplace it is possible to reduce accident rates in organizations. For this reason, the objective of this work is to summarize the background of the OHSMP identified in the international literature, for which a literature search was carried out in databases such as Science Direct, Hindawi Publishing Corporation, Emerald, Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing (MDPI), American Society of Civil Engineers ASCE, European Proceedings of Social & Behavioural Sciences and African Journals Online among others. For the analysis of the information, a summary matrix and a frequency graph were elaborated to identify the OHSMP keys in this investigation in which they stood out: training, management, and leadership commitment; communication and feedback; worker participation; safety policy; safe work procedures; safety promotion; risk assessment; and safety planning.
