Shrnutí:Given the changes that are occurring in the modes of generation, production, and marketing of products and services in the global context, working conditions among different labor organizations are being modified. A characteristic resulting from this is labor flexibility, mostly represented in the world since the 1990s. The purpose of this essay is to present evidence of labor flexibility conditions among workers in two microenterprises in Tamaulipas, one in the civil sector and the other in the environmental area. To achieve this purpose, a qualitative study was designed and it was considered pertinent to apply an in-depth interview to the managers and professionals of the two selected cases in order to detect the conditions and characteristics of flexible labor markets, based on their opinions on the insertion mechanisms and their working conditions and, with this, present some evidence on gender inequality in the context of flexible markets.
