要約:he Institution’s Tutorial Program at Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas was implemented in 2002 as a strategy to support the curricular reform characterized by its flexibility in academic programs and credit hours where the figure of the tutor became important in leading, supporting and providing guidance for the students’ educational path from their admission until the conclusion of their studies. Provided that the control processes of this program included the filling of different formats for monitoring for teacher ́s evaluation, it was decided to develop a digital system. This study explains the results of the pilot test carried out before releasing the system.
