Sumario:The lack of consensus found in the definition of what the organization is, has led to the establishment of concepts from different perspectives. The present work proposes a perspective from the exact sciences, particularly from artificial intelligence, which allows the different elements such as the linguistic part, the numerical part and the human part to be combined within the same approach. This proposal presents a comprehensive concept of the organization that allows the evaluation of the human process in a more accurate and appropriate way to the current circumstances of the global socio-economic  environment.
