La información analizada permite asumir que en Tamaulipas se encuentra en proceso de fortalecer las capacidades científicas y tecnológicas de los componentes del ecosistema de I+D+i, y de integrar un sistema de gestión del conocimiento que oriente las interacciones entre educación superior, empresas, gobierno, sociedad y regiones que propicie el desarrollo de programas conjuntos entre los actores y las regiones, asociado al diseño de políticas relacionadas con la gobernabilidad en el territorio.
