This book is one of the first texts that analyze the Mexican, Brazilian and Spanish experience. It systematically presents the richness and diversity of applications of this type of programs, ranging from those that seek the generation of human capital of the new generations under a logic of conditionality of resources, to those that grant resources as the result of a citizen right, while others focus on socio-labor insertion. In this way, the text provides scientific evidence that contributes to the construction of a theory of transfer programs in Ibero-America.
