In this book we offer a model of equity, economic, financial and stock market analysis that takes the student hand in such a way that he can apply it immediately to reality as well as in the classroom. In addition, it is important to highlight that the basic concepts are embodied to understand the calculation and thus interpret the results. In such a way that from an advanced level, the reading is friendly, consistent and applicable to the context of national and international companies. The methodology is designed so that following it faithfully a very exact criterion is obtained of which is the situation that prevails in the corporation under analysis and thus make better decisions when planning in the company. La presente obra se concibe en su origen como una herramienta fundamental para los estudiantes en el área de negocios, finanzas, economía y gestión de riesgos, pues provee al interesado una estrategia de análisis de los estados financieros de las corporaciones en cuatro distintos contextos en la valoración del desempeño de una empresa. En el presente libro ofrecemos un modelo de análisis patrimonial, económico, financiero y bursátil que lleva de la mano al estudiante de tal forma que pueda aplicarlo de forma inmediata a la realidad así como en el salón de clases. Además, es importante resaltar que se plasman los conceptos básicos para comprender el cálculo y de esta forma interpretar los resultados. De tal forma que desde un nivel avanzado, la lectura es amistosa, consistente y aplicable al contexto de las empresas nacionales e internacionales. La metodología es diseñada para que al seguirla fielmente se obtenga un criterio muy exacto de cuál es la situación que prevalece en la corporación objeto de análisis y así tomar mejores decisiones al momento de planear en la empresa.
