Because the appearance of chronic degenerative diseases derived from the modification of diet and lifestyle are effects of the policy applied under the dictates of the international market. The advantages of a globalized world have not been demonstrated, because in the humanistic field it is demonstrating an enormous failure to achieve the development of humanity, not only because of the poor nutrition of the populations, but also because of malnutrition and the reappearance of diseases that were considered extinct as dengue, malaria, smallpox or measles, to name a few. The migration of large population centers carries with it physical strengths and weaknesses, typical of an immunological system typical of their communities and territory of origin. The spread of new diseases and the coexistence of previously acquired diseases causes epidemics to become pandemics. In the international context, the expansionist demands of transnational corporations have established pressures that affect the health of nations. Pharmaceutical consortiums benefit from treating the disease. It is essential to close ranks for the health care of the population, so that it does not require medication, rather, it encourages the development of a healthy life. In this task, the family, the community and society as a whole should combine efforts to guarantee health, the participation of the State is fundamental for the redistribution of the benefits of the wealth generated in each country, for the satisfaction of needs basic of the inhabitants. The best way to fight the disease is to avoid its appearance, hence the need for prevention and education that makes possible the harmonious development of society.

Atender al diseño de la generación de comunidades saludables y la educación para la salud significa poner énfasis en que los beneficios del avance científico y tecnológico estén realmente al servicio de la humanidad; que las políticaspúblicas se asuman desde el diseño, aplicación y seguimiento con criterios de equidad y justicia social, que contrarresten efectos nocivos del neoliberalismo. Porque la aparición de enfermedades crónico degenerativas derivadas de la modificación de la dieta y estilo de vida son efectos de la política aplicada bajo los dictados del mercado internacional. No se han demostrado las ventajas de un mundo globalizado, porque en el terreno humanista está demostrando un enorme fracaso para alcanzar el desarrollo de la humanidad, no sólo por la mala nutrición de las poblaciones, sino por la desnutrición y reaparición de enfermedades que se consideraban extintas como el dengue, la malaria, la viruela o el sarampión, por citar algunas. La migración de grandes núcleos de población lleva consigo fortalezas y debilidades fisicas, propias de un sistema inmunológico propio de sus comunidades y territorio de origen. El alcance de enfermedades nuevas y coexistencia de las adquiridas previamente provoca que las epidemias se vuelvan pandemias. En el contexto internacional, las exigencias expansionistas de empresas trasnacionales han establecido presiones que afectan la salud de las naciones. Los consorcios farmacéuticos se benefician con la atención a la enfermedad. Es indispensable que se cierren filas para el cuidado de la salud de la población, para que no requiera de medicamentos, antes bien, se propicie el desarrollo de una vida sana. En esta tarea, la familia, la comunidad y la sociedad en su conjunto deben conjugar esfuerzos para garantizar la salud, la participación del Estado es fundamental para la redistribución de los beneficios de la riqueza generada en cada país, en pro de la satisfacción de necesidades básicas de los habitantes. La mejor manera de combatir la enfermedad es evitando su aparición de ahí la necesidad de la prevención y la educación que haga posible el desarrollo armónico de la sociedad.
