Se contiene el análisis de la reciente reforma constitucional al Poder Judicial de la Federación, presentando una introducción a fin de brindar el contexto en que esta se presentó. Posteriormente, se realiza el análisis de cada uno de los artículos que comprende la reforma, precisando que regulan, en que consistió la variación y cuáles serán las consecuencias de ella. Con base en ello, se arriba a las diversas conclusiones respecto de las adecuaciones que se presentarán en el Poder Judicial de la Federación y los problemas que pueden surgir.
