In the last years, experts in this field had hardened their stance against collusive or anti-competitive practices. However, the appearance of SARS- Cov2 has questioned the antitrust policy priorities in the international context. This study analyses the diversity of positions from competition authorities and the redefinition of regulations and exceptions to the law as a result of the current pandemic. La competencia económica ha sido un factor importante en el desarrollo de los mercados en el mundo, las autoridades en esta materia se han caracterizado en los últimos años por endurecer su postura frente a las prácticas colusivas o anticompetitivas, sin embargo, la aparición del SARS-Cov2 ha puesto en entredicho las prioridades de la política antitrust en el ámbito internacional; en este trabajo se expone la diversidad de posturas de las autoridades de competencia y la redefinición de los lineamientos y las excepciones a la ley motivadas por la pandemia actual.
