Gaia:Starting from the evolution of human rights, which is necessary have grown in number, by the recognition of some that were not considered before, an analysis is made of how these new rights referred to as emerging human rights have emerged and their reflection in the State Mexican. Thus, the Universal Declaration of Emerging Human Rights is appreciated to later verify what the most recent constitutions in our country have, which is the Political Constitution of Mexico City, which among its provisions recognizes the fundamental right to worthy death. Subsequently, an analysis is made of what the Supreme Court of Justice has ordered as the right to the free development of the personality, to know if the possibility of determining until what time one lives can be sustained in it. Finally, the scope that this right should have when interpreted and the problems that may arise from that interpretation are studied, to reach the conclusions of the work.
