Description
Summary:The article describes two student movements that were verified during the second half of the 20th century in Mexico, with the aim of identifying some structural factors that determined the emergence of both, as well as their contribution to student movements that they happen during 20th century. With this purpose, a historical review of each movement is made, to later identify confluences and differences between them. Among the most significant findings, it should be noted that in both cases, Mexican society faced the consequences of the deficient administration of the public, the lack of spaces for public reflection, as well as governmental authoritarianism.
