Sumario: | The purpose of this document is to indicate how the structural reform of the Mexican electoral system focused on the 32 states that make up the country. The Constitution of the Mexican United States now provides the basis for an egalitarian local electoral justice. To this end, delegates to the general law and constitutions and local laws regulating the power to courts responsible for it. This is why the States Congress, must adapt their legislation and precisely regulate Local Electoral Tribunals, providing appropriate structure and the necessary elements to vent their competition without question. |
