In Mexico, the Constitution inscribes articles exprofeso to provide welfare to the Mexican Children. These decrees have been reformed in the course of the years from 1917 onwards, through proposals promulgated in the Official Diaries of the Nation. The interest of this article is subject to reflect if these laws of defense on the care of the children are carried out as the law stipulates, and not to be fulfilled within the family in which it is born, to determine if it is incurred In family violence by not attending them as the duty demands, by not complying with the rights that the child acquires by the fact of being born, since the child did not request life, and the parents when they conceive it acquire compulsory responsibilities. The child has rights, and parents have the duty to care for him under the obligation to cover their welfare needs. Los Derechos Humanos son una protección para todo ser que sea persona. En México, la Constitución inscribe artículos exprofeso para procurar bienestar a los Niños mexicanos. Tales decretos han sido reformados en el devenir de los años a partir de 1917 a los vigentes, a través de propuestas promulgadas en los Diarios Oficiales de la Nación. El interés de este artículo se supedita a reflexionar si esas leyes de defensa sobre los cuidados de los niños se llevan a cabo como la ley lo estipula, y de no cumplirse en el seno de la familia que se nace, determinar si se incurre en violencia familiar por el hecho de no atenderlos como el deber exige, al no cumplir con los derechos que el niño adquiere por el hecho de nacer, ya que el niño no pidió la vida, y los padres al concebirlo adquieren obligatorias responsabilidades. El niño tiene derechos, y los padres el deber de cuidarlo bajo la obligación de cubrir sus necesidades de bienestar.
