Summary:The absence of peace translates into deep institutional distrust, which deteriorates the constitutional State; the problem that remains around this is an environment conducive to generating persistent transgressions of fundamental rights. Addressing this problem in the light of a systematic methodological perspective allows it to be seen in the framework linked to its relationships and impact on the institutional and social framework, with the primary objective of rethinking the amparo trial as an accessible and affordable constitutional guarantee, capable of generating certainty. legal, to subject whoever perpetrates the hegemony of the constitutional and democratic State of law to its validity. As a result, peace and justice are linked to form an amalgam, as elements that converge in the achievement of a culture of genuine and permanent peace.
