The central challenge lies in understanding the evolution and transformation of the Mexican State throughout various historical periods, from pre-Hispanic times to contemporary times, characterized by the growing influence of globalization. The results obtained indicate that the Mexican State faces significant challenges related to the loss of sovereignty in the face of globalizing processes, persistent economic inequality and the prevailing need for reforms. Thus, it is advocated that the State recover its leading role in the economy to protect its interests and its sovereignty. En el presente trabajo, se aborda el interés de comprender la génesis y estructura del Estado Mexicano, partiendo de la conceptualización inicial del Estado y examinando sus componentes fundamentales. El desafío central radica en entender la evolución y transformación del Estado Mexicano a lo largo de diversas épocas históricas, desde la época prehispánica hasta la contemporaneidad, caracterizada por la creciente influencia de la globalización. Los resultados obtenidos indican que el Estado mexicano enfrenta desafíos significativos relacionados con la pérdida de soberanía ante los procesos globalizadores, la persistente desigualdad económica y la necesidad imperante de reformas. Es así que, se aboga por que el Estado recupere su papel rector en la economía para proteger sus intereses y su soberanía.
