Description
Summary:In this work, the interest of understanding the genesis and structure of the Mexican State is addressed, starting from the initial conceptualization of the State and examining its fundamental components. The central challenge lies in understanding the evolution and transformation of the Mexican State throughout various historical periods, from pre-Hispanic times to contemporary times, characterized by the growing influence of globalization. The results obtained indicate that the Mexican State faces significant challenges related to the loss of sovereignty in the face of globalizing processes, persistent economic inequality and the prevailing need for reforms. Thus, it is advocated that the State recover its leading role in the economy to protect its interests and its sovereignty.
