Towards the formation of a standard of proof to justify preventive detention as a precautionary measure in the Mexican legal system
The ruling of the Collegiate Circuit Court reviewed here offers an important contribution to the evidentiary system in the accusatory criminal process in Mexico, by proposing a standard of proof for the imposition of preventive detention as a precautionary measure.
