| Zusammenfassung: | The objective is to analyze the form of creation of the National Customs Agency of Mexico from the regulatory power of the Executive, as well as the power of disposition of the armed forces, in order to demonstrate their incompatibility, breaking its structure by having an administrative relationship of coordination, not any other kind. The method used is exegetical, systemic-structural-functional. The result obtained is the verification of our formulation; That is, the regulatory power of creation by the Federal Executive with material legislative and formal effects of supreme command is incompatible given its legal nature. |
