A regional approach (San Luis Potosi and Tamaulipas) Análisis breve del proyecto nacional de personas desaparecidas. Un enfoque regional (San Luis Potosí y Tamaulipas) Osornio Saldívar, Luis Alberto Acosta Castillo, Idalia Reyna Vela, Paulina personas desaparición administración de justicia people disappearance administration of justice To begin a brief analysis with a regional approach to the problem of disappeared persons, it is important to highlight that, on November 17, 2017, the General Law on Forced Disappearance of Persons, Disappearance Committed by Individuals and the National System for the Search for Persons, which in its fourth transitory article, established that within a period of ninety days after the entry into force of said Decree, the Local Search Commissions should come into operation. However, although said legal framework made it possible to regulate the administrative functioning of the State Commissions for the Search of Persons of both states, it was necessary to have regulations at the state level that would provide legal certainty to the mechanisms and government actions in charge of addressing the problem of missing persons and not located in the State of San Luis Potosí, as well as in the State of Tamaulipas, therefore, a regional approach on the importance and transcendence of the implementation of the national program for Missing Persons in Both States is briefly presented.
