In this case, the objective is to generate greater environmental awareness in companies and that competitiveness is not fought with the implementation of environmental regulations in their internal policies. The construction of knowledge related to the subject was carried out through the collection of information, international and national legal documents, printed and via the Internet. The opinions issued by international organizations and experts in the field were also taken into account. Subsequently, an analysis and interpretation was made for its doctrinal, legal and empirical explanation. Los cambios de temperatura en el ambiente son uno de los factores por los que a nivel internacional y nacional, dan pauta para crear y transformar mecanismos que permitan mantener un equilibrio de los recursos naturales, el cual es importante para garantizar el derecho humano a un medio ambiente sano para su desarrollo y bienestar, ya que se considera que el incremento de las actividades humanas han sido el principal elemento del cambio climático y, a través de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) se busca que los Estados promuevan la prosperidad y al mismo tiempo protejan el medio ambiente. En este caso, el objetivo es generar en las empresas una mayor conciencia ambiental y que la competitividad no está peleada con implementación de las normas ambientales en sus políticas internas. La construcción del conocimiento relacionado con el tema se llevó a cabo a través del acopio de información, documentos jurídicos internacionales y nacionales, impresos y vía internet. También se tomó en cuenta las opiniones emitidas por organismos internacionales y los expertos en la materia. Posteriormente, se hizo un análisis e interpretación para su explicación doctrinal, jurídica y empírica.
