The purpose of the foregoing is to commemorate the reform mentioned with the idea that, once ten years have elapsed, it continues to have great scope and a great impact on all matters that make up mexican law, in addition to being very useful when comparing the situation of the country before and after the constitutional reform. Due to the extension and objective of this article, an investigation was carried out based on what was stated by expert authors in the field in various works of its realization, using a logical deductive-inductive method. And of which, the result was to locate and understand both the origin of the reform, as well as the effects it caused in the country and its regulatory framework, so, from the above, it is interesting to think what will follow next. En este trabajo de investigación, se revisa los cambios hechos al artículo primero de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, en el año 2011 y las consecuencias observadas durante su periodo de vigencia, lo cual cambió el concepto en el que eran concebidos los derechos. Lo anterior, tiene la finalidad de rememorar dicha reforma con la idea de que, una vez transcurridos más de diez años, ésta sigue teniendo grandes alcances y un gran impacto en todas las materias que integran el derecho mexicano, además de que es de gran utilidad al comparar la situación del país antes y después de la reforma constitucional. Debido a la extensión y objetivo del presente artículo es que se realizó una investigación con base en lo expuesto por autores expertos en la materia en diversas obras de su realización, utilizando así, un método lógico deductivo-inductivo. Y de lo cual, se tuvo como resultado de situar y entender tanto el origen de la reforma, así como los efectos que ocasionó en el país y su marco regulatorio, por lo que, de lo anterior, es interesante el pensar ¿qué seguirá después?
