Description
Summary:In this research work, the changes made to the first article of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States are reviewed in 2011 and the consequences observed during its period of validity, which changed the concept in which rights were conceived. The purpose of the foregoing is to commemorate the reform mentioned with the idea that, once ten years have elapsed, it continues to have great scope and a great impact on all matters that make up mexican law, in addition to being very useful when comparing the situation of the country before and after the constitutional reform. Due to the extension and objective of this article, an investigation was carried out based on what was stated by expert authors in the field in various works of its realization, using a logical deductive-inductive method. And of which, the result was to locate and understand both the origin of the reform, as well as the effects it caused in the country and its regulatory framework, so, from the above, it is interesting to think what will follow next.
