Riassunto:The objective of the study is to identify the most significant organizational interventions that promote work-life balance (BVT) in the industry. The method is quantitative, causal and cross sectional, applied to a sample of 139 operational employees in manufacturing industries in Sonora, México; the analisys were carried out in SPSS. The results present a positive correlation between the organizational interventions of training, development, communication, teamwork, empowerment, financial and non-financial interventions. The findings obtained can be useful to implement interventions that contribute to the balance of life and work of people and development of organizations. The results present an original contribution in an unexplored area of knowledge in industrial organizations in Mexico. The resistance by the industries and the fear of the workers to express their opinion represents a challenge and a limitation in a world that requires adaptation strategies in face of demographic, social and competitive changes.
