The work presents the methodology to follow, which is made up of three stages: selection and listing of variables, describing the relationships between the variables and finally identifying the variables of influence in the system with the MICMAC tending the opinion of a group of experts. The main results were the behavior of the strategic prospective variables in the short, medium and long term according to the classification criteria proposed in the methodology and the degree of influence of each variable with the rest. Finally, they reached a set of valid conclusions for this type of study. El presente artículo de investigación tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis estructural con el método Mic-Mac para la prospectiva estratégica de las Pymes en el Estado de Querétaro, para lo cual fue necesario inicialmente la selección de las variables más importantes en la prospectiva estratégica de la Pymes agrupadas en cinco dimensiones: económico-financiero, marketing, ambiental, tecnológico, recursos humanos. En el trabajo se presenta la metodología a seguir que se compone de tres etapas: selección y listado de variables, describir las relaciones entre las variables y por último identificar de las variables de influencia en el sistema con el MIC-MAC tendiendo la opinión de un grupo de expertos. Como principales resultados se obtuvieron el comportamiento de las variables de prospectiva estratégica en el corto, mediano y largo plazo según los criterios de clasificación propuestos en la metodología y el grado de influencia de cada variable con las restantes. Finalmente, se arribaron a un conjunto de conclusiones válidas para este tipo de estudios.
