要約:This research article aims to carry out a structural analysis with the Mic-Mac method for the strategic prospecting of SMEs in the state of Querétaro, for which it was necessary to seek the selection of the most important variables in the strategic prospective of the SMEs grouped in five dimensions: economic-financial, marketing, environmental, technological, human resources. The work presents the methodology to follow, which is made up of three stages: selection and listing of variables, describing the relationships between the variables and finally identifying the variables of influence in the system with the MICMAC tending the opinion of a group of experts. The main results were the behavior of the strategic prospective variables in the short, medium and long term according to the classification criteria proposed in the methodology and the degree of influence of each variable with the rest. Finally, they reached a set of valid conclusions for this type of study.
