Rh working conditions and influence on productivity were determined, through diagnosis of Co, Cl and Gaps, in rubber company. Cl, Co and Gap conditions were analyzed, applying an assessment center assessment, to diagnose the relationship between productivity-schooling-service. From N = 250, a sample of n = 152 was obtained with a 95% confidence level and 5% error in three departments, analyzing variables: Orientation-results (Or), Order-quality (Aoc), Spirit-initiative (Ei), Leadership (Li), Tolerance-pressure (Tp), Communication (Cn), Orientation-client (Oc) and Work-team (Te) and Thought-analytic (Pa), applying Correlation coefficient (schooling-productivity). In Production, compliance was = 2.44 (61.61%) and Gap, = 1.51 (38.13%) vs = 3.96 (100%) expected, indicators below expectations = 3.96, while Ei (r = 0.59) it was low, the most critical being Tp (r = -0.06) and Oc (r = 0.19); Conversion: = 2.39 (60.35%) and Gap = 1.56 (39.39%) vs = 3.96 (100%) expected and (r = 0.73) average; Maintenance with = 2.66 (66.33%) and Gap, = 1.36 (33.92%) vs = 4.01 (100%) expected and (r = 0.55). The company must strengthen Cn, Li, Pa and Ei, which are more critical than with Gap, they must increase it to increase quality, Rh's commitment to the company. |

La ausencia de políticas que fortalezcan el Clima organizacional (Co) y Laboral (Cl) en Recurso humano (Rh), repercute sobre calidad y productividad empresarial; es importante promoverlas para fortalecer y mejorar el ambiente laboral, evitando deserciones, rotación, accidentes y fenómenos que afecten el producto final y la atención a clientes, apoyándose en filosofía (Gap), para satisfacción de compradores. Se determinó condiciones laborales del Rh e influencia sobre productividad, mediante diagnóstico del Co, Cl y Gaps, en empresa hulera. Se analizaron condiciones de Cl, Co y Gap, aplicando evaluación “Assesment center”, para diagnosticar relación entre productividad-escolaridad-servicio. De N=250, se obtuvo muestra de n=152 con nivel de confianza 95% y error 5% en tres departamentos, analizando variables: Orientación-resultados (Or), Orden-calidad (Aoc), Espíritu-iniciativa (Ei), Liderazgo (Li), Tolerancia-presión (Tp), Comunicación (Cn), Orientación-cliente (Oc) y Trabajo-equipo (Te) y Pensamiento-analítico (Pa), aplicando Coeficiente de correlación (escolaridad-productividad). En Producción, el cumplimiento fue =2.44 (61.61%) y Gap, =1.51 (38.13%) vs =3.96 (100%) esperado, indicadores por debajo de lo esperado =3.96, mientras Ei (r=0.59) fue bajo, siendo los más críticos Tp (r=-0.06) y Oc (r=0.19); Conversión: =2.39 (60.35%) y Gap =1.56 (39.39%) vs =3.96 (100%) esperado y (r=0.73) promedio; Mantenimiento con =2.66 (66.33%) y Gap, =1.36 (33.92%) vs =4.01 (100%) esperado y (r=0.55). La empresa debe fortalecer Cn, Li, Pa y Ei, que son más críticas que con Gap, deben incrementarlo para aumentar calidad, compromiso del Rh con empresa.
