For this purpose, through a basic, descriptive scope, cross sectional and non-experimental investigation, the survey technique and the validated questionnaire Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument were used. A descriptive and inferential statistical study was carried out. It was identified that in this type of companies, they do not have a dominant organizational culture, there is a tendency toward stability, control, productivity and results; in no institution did the type of organizational culture overcome that allows risks to be taken and innovated, and, therefore, to be competitive in its influence environment. Este trabajo presenta el análisis cuantitativo del Modelo de Valores en Competencia, como marco para describir el tipo de cultura organizacional en pequeñas empresas de servicios educativos e identificar la cultura dominante basada en los cuatro tipos del modelo: Clan, Jerarquizada, Adhocrática y Mercado. Para este propósito, mediante una investigación básica de alcance descriptivo, de corte transversal y no experimental, se empleó la técnica de la encuesta y el cuestionario validado Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument. Se realizó un estudio estadístico descriptivo e inferencial. Se identificó que en este tipo de empresas no tienen una cultura organizacional dominante, hay una tendencia hacia la estabilidad,control, productividad y resultados; en ninguna institución predominó el tipo de cultura organizacional que permita asumir riesgos e innovar, y, por ende, ser competitivos en su ambiente de influencia.
