Description
Summary:This paper presents the quantitative analysis of Competing Values Framework, as a model to describe the organizational culture type in small educational services enterprises and to identify the dominant culture based on the four types of the model: Clan, Hierarchy, Adhocracy and Market. For this purpose, through a basic, descriptive scope, cross sectional and non-experimental investigation, the survey technique and the validated questionnaire Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument were used. A descriptive and inferential statistical study was carried out. It was identified that in this type of companies, they do not have a dominant organizational culture, there is a tendency toward stability, control, productivity and results; in no institution did the type of organizational culture overcome that allows risks to be taken and innovated, and, therefore, to be competitive in its influence environment.
