Summary: | This research has the purpose of show the trends and current practices related to the human resources management, that are observed in the hospitality management sector in the metropolitan area of the city of Monterrey. The tourism industry is one of the main economic activities worldwide. Currently the problem of human resources that affects these sector it has been forgotten, the results show that no attention is paid to the processes of growth and development of personnel and this causes problems of motivation, turnover, poor service, and therefore a bad workplace environment, having a very attractive area of opportunity from a business perspective. |
