This research is the study of multiple cases. The instrument used was the interview and written and electronic documents. The conclusions of this study are directed to two points. First, to think in the need to address training requirements issued by the effects of the global imbues labor markets and, on the other hand, in the most appropriate models for the identification and training of skills required in the flexible labor markets El presente trabajo reconoce que en el contexto de la globalización económica, los cambios que se dan al interior de las organizaciones laborales, demandan del trabajador nuevas capacidades que le permitan un mejor desempeño en sus funciones. El tipo de investigación es el estudio de casos múltiples. El instrumento utilizado fue la entrevista y documentos escritos y electrónicos. Las conclusiones del presente trabajo se dirigen a dos puntos.
