To achieve the models of Managerial Grid, Lawrence and Lorsch and the Three-Dimensional Theory of Managerial Efficiency are distinguished. A methodology positivist, through an explanatory, non-experimental, transactional, field design, population the MIPYMES of Cartagena, with an intentional sample of seventy-six (76) subjects. A questionnaire survey of nine (9) questions was applied, using a Likert scale, validated through expert judgment. Reliability of Alpha Cronbach coefficient was α = .92, is high. The results processed with the statistics Analysis of Variance. Concluding the greater presence of the 3D model that sets objectives aimed at achieving efficiency, however, the Managerial Grid allows emphasizing the leadership styles of the Directorate and finally, the Lawrence and Lorsch, since it allows adapting the organizational structures. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar los modelos de desarrollo empresarial para impulsar productividad de los micros, pequeñas y medianas empresas (MIPYMES), basado en: Torres (2014), Guizar (2013), entre otros. Se distinguen los modelos Managerial Grid, Lawrence y Lorsch y Teoría 3D de la Eficacia Gerencial. Se utilizó una metodología positivista, investigación explicativa, no experimental, transaccional y diseño de campo, población las MIPYMES de Cartagena, con una muestra intencional de setenta y seis (76) sujetos; aplicando escala Likert, validada por juicio de expertos. La confiabilidad Alfa Cronbach fue α=0.92, es alta. Los resultados se procesaron con  estadística Análisis de la Varianza. Concluyendo mayor presencia del modelo 3D que fija objetivos orientados al logro de la eficacia, seguido del Managerial Grid que permite hacer énfasis en estilos de liderazgo Directivos y por último, el Lawrence y Lorsch, el cual adapta las estructuras organizacionales conforme a lo requerido.
