The methodology applied to achieve the objective was the analysis of the literature related to the topic and the application of interviews to those responsible for the TTOs. The main limitation of the study was that it did not have the participation of those responsible for all existing TTOs. The results of the study are presented to be analyzed by those responsible for the OTTs, as well as representatives of the main business chambers and the academic sector, since it presents integrated and useful information on the work that TTOs have yet to develop in order to become the main linking agents within the innovation ecosystem, given that the improvement areas identified in the analysis are detailed. El objetivo del presente estudio es describir y analizar la estructura actual de las Oficinas de Transferencia de Tecnología (OTT’s) existentes en el Estado de Yucatán, México. La metodología aplicada para el logro del objetivo fue el análisis de la literatura relacionada con el tema y la aplicación de entrevistas a los responsables de las OTT’s. La principal limitante del estudio fue que no se contó con la participación de los responsables de todas las OTT’s existentes. Los resultados del estudio se presentan para que sean analizados tanto por los responsables de las OTT’s, como de los representantes de las principales cámaras empresariales y del sector académico, ya que presenta información integrada y útil sobre el trabajo que todavía deben desarrollar las OTT’s a fin de convertirse en los principales agentes vinculadores dentro del ecosistema de innovación, dado que se detallan las áreas de mejora identificadas en el análisis.
