Resumen
El presente documento analiza cómo influyen las características personales del líder que está al frente de la micro, pequeña y mediana empresa al momento de establecer la cultura organizacional en la empresa, de tal manera que se enfoque hacia la implementación y desarrollo de estrategias internas y externas que estén encaminadas hacia la sustentabilidad.
Trata de analizar el impacto económico, social, y medio ambiental que representan en la contribución para el bienestar del planeta. Con tal fin la reflexión se estructura con el planteamiento teórico correspondiente pudiéndose corroborar una vez que se indague en campo.
Abstract
This document analyzes how the personal traits of a leader who leads the micro, small and medium enterprises when establishing the organizational culture in the company, so that approach to the implementation and development of internal as well as external strategies are aimed towards sustainability.
It tries to analyze the economic, social, and environmental impact that contributes with planet welfare. To this end, reflection is structured with the corresponding theoretical approach corroborated once inquired in fields. |
