Description
Summary:This research analyzes the work context of faith-based universities, if the fellow believer of the dominant faith provides preferences for professional development or otherwise, if it discriminates and is limited to a minority of religious believers to have presence in the same institution. The study was made in the cities of Aguascalientes, México City and Puebla, performing eight in depth interviews. The resulting categories help to have an insight on paradoxes through the existing organizational culture and policies regarding discrimination and preferential treatment, the importance of diversity and identity in the workplace, inclusion and exclusion, and the presence of strategies proselytizing.
