This was carried out in order to identify the relationship between the factors involved in the self (the Core of the self-realization, Jonah complex, Curiosity, Well-being in solitude, Openness to experience, Purpose and meaning to life and Democratic character). Test was used Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality and bivariate analysis statistics techniques rho Spearman, the test of analysis of variance (Anova) and t test for independent samples. It was found that the score of the dimensions of self-realization is high in most of these; there is also evidence of the relationship between all dimensions of self-realization and some demographic characteristics of the person. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal el estudio de la autorrealización de los empleados de la presidencia municipal de Rioverde, San Luis Potosí, además de identificar la relación entre los factores que intervienen en la autorrealización tales como “núcleo de la autorrealización”, “complejo de Jonás”, “curiosidad”, “bienestar en la soledad”, “apertura a la experiencia”, “propósito y significado de vida” y “carácter democrático”. Se utilizó la prueba de normalidad de Kolmogorov-Smirnov y para el análisis bivariado las técnicas estadísticas rho de Spearman, la prueba de análisis de la varianza (Anova) y la prueba t para muestras independientes. Se encontró que la puntuación de las dimensiones de la autorrealización es alta en la mayoría de ellas, además existe evidencia de la relación entre todas las dimensiones con algunas características sociodemográficas del individuo.
