Este trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo identificar los elementos y factores interactuantes en el proceso de desarrollo de los sistemas de información para determinar un modelo de planificación. Dentro de las principales aportaciones al conocimiento se encuentra que el modelo diseñado en esta primera etapa para la institución en estudio servirá para que planifique con mayor eficiencia sus proyectos de software, donde el objetivo planteado se ha cumplido así como la hipótesis hecha.
