The use of information technologies is favorable for learning, since it is a guarantee of achieving learning in students, on the other hand, a fundamental part is to have that close relationship between the psychologist or tutor with the student, which is why the ICT allow us to have that closeness and to be able to evaluate the different behaviors of the students. The role of the educational psychologist is very important since it has various evaluation methods, process supervision, learning strategies, advice, intervention in crisis situations, for this reason it is very important to validate the relevance of developing software associated with the evaluation and intervention of the student, a fundamental part to have a better academic development within the students of ITSOEH. La educación en las universidades se confronta con diversos recursos tecnológicos, por lo que estas herramientas nos ayudarán con el aprendizaje, movimiento de la información e incluso ser objeto de estudio. El uso de tecnologías de la información es favorable para el aprendizaje, ya que es una garantía de lograr el aprendizaje en los alumnos, por otro lado parte fundamental es tener esa relación cercana entre el psicólogo o tutor con el alumno, es por ello que las TIC permiten tener esa cercanía y poder evaluar los diferentes comportamientos de los alumnos. El papel del psicólogo educativo es muy importante ya que cuenta con diversos métodos de evaluación, supervisión de procesos, estrategias de aprendizaje, consejo, la intervención en situaciones de crisis, por esta razón es muy importante validar la pertinencia de desarrollar un software asociado con la evaluación y la intervención del alumno, parte fundamental para tener un mejor desarrollo académico dentro de los estudiantes de ITSOEH, es por ello que por medio de la metodología de investigación cuantitativa se aplicaron encuestas donde resulta atractivo la pertinencia de software de acompañamiento en tutoría.
