The purpose of this article is to carry out a training plan and courses that incorporate ICT tools, which are stipulated to develop and improve the knowledge of teachers in educational institutions in the city of Riohacha, having as theoretical support the authors: Mayorga (2019), Ramírez (2020), Ríos and Ruiz (2020), among others. It is a descriptive study, with quantitative methodology, with a non-experimental and field design, the personal survey technique was used. The results of this research are part of the training plan for the growth of the competitive level of teachers through the linking and management of ICT. Achieving an impact on the linking of innovative tools for educational development and quality improvement, having a didactic, pedagogical, investigative level and educational use of ICT. A nivel mundial los países han desarrollado en la búsqueda de obtener un nivel educativo más avanzado, que les garantice tener un conocimiento competitivo del entorno escolar, el cual permite realizar una incorporación de la innovación en los procesos pedagógicos como una estrategia que está dedicada a impulsar herramientas adecuadas que faciliten el crecimiento de sus docentes. El propósito de este artículo, es realizar un plan de capacitaciones y cursos que incorporen las herramientas TIC, que están estipulados en desarrollar y mejorar el conocimiento de los docentes en las instituciones educativas de la ciudad de Riohacha, teniendo como sustento teórico a los autores: Mayorga (2019), Ramírez (2020), Ríos y Ruiz (2020), entre otros. Es un estudio de tipo descriptivo, con metodología cuantitativa, con diseño no experimental y de campo, se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta personal. Los resultados de esta investigación, se enmarca dentro del plan de capacitaciones para el crecimiento del nivel competitivo de los docentes por medio de la vinculación y manejo de las TIC. Logrando impactar en la vinculación de las herramientas innovadoras para el desarrollo educativo y el mejoramiento de la calidad, teniendo un nivel didáctico, pedagógico, investigativo y uso educativo de las TIC.
