The objective of this project is to identify the strategies in a VUCA environment applied in post-pandemic companies in Guanajuato. In this research, a qualitative approach methodology was used, with a phenomenological frame of reference, the sample applied was to 25 companies in the period 2021-2022 in the state of Guanajuato. The results obtained indicate that, in general, the interviewees mentioned that their problems were related to the supply chain and decrease in sales caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The strategies applied were directed towards processes, human capital, purchases, sales, management and health. Being the strategies oriented to manage human capital the most recurrent, and within this the strategies that were most applied were the home office for the administrative staff, followed by the change of communication strategies, it was also found that there were few coincidences of the strategies implemented by companies and those suggested by theorists for VUCA environments. La pandemia por COVID-19 ha generado grandes desafíos para la gran mayoría de las organizaciones, independientemente de su tamaño, giro o situación financiera, los ambientes con los que interactúa actualmente se han transformado más Volátiles, Inciertos, Complejos y Ambiguos (VUCA). El objetivo del presente proyecto es identificar las estrategias en un entorno VUCA aplicadas en post-pandemia en empresas de Guanajuato. En esta investigación se utilizó una metodología de enfoque cualitativo, con marco referencial fenomenológico, la muestra aplicada fue a 25 empresas en el periodo 2021-2022 en el estado de Guanajuato. Los resultados que se obtuvieron indican que, en general, los entrevistados mencionaron que sus problemáticas estuvieron relacionadas con la cadena de suministro y disminución de ventas provocados por la pandemia por COVID-19. Las estrategias aplicadas fueron encaminadas hacia los procesos, capital humano, compras, ventas, gestión y de salud. Siendo las estrategias orientadas a gestionar el capital humano las más recurrentes, y dentro de esta las estrategias que más se aplicó fue el home office para el personal administrativo, seguida por el cambio de estrategias de comunicación, también se encontró que fueron escasas las coincidencias de las estrategias implementadas por las empresas y las sugeridas por los teóricos para ambientes VUCA.
